What's included

Why a membership makes sense outside
Gutters and siding are easiest to keep up with when nobody has to remember them. A gutter cleared in fall does not overflow in the first spring storm, and siding washed every year never gets the thick green coat that takes a heavy cleaning to remove.
A spring visit and a fall visit line up with when the gutters fill and the siding picks up growth, and the yearly photo report flags anything you should know about before it turns into a big job.

Do I have to sign up for more than a year?

What is in the yearly photo report?
We walk the outside of the house and look at the gutters, downspouts, siding, trim and caulk. You get photos of anything that needs attention, so you know what to ask a contractor about. We do not do repairs ourselves right now.
Can I add services to a membership visit?
Yes. Tell us before the visit and we will add things like driveway cleaning or windows to the same trip.
