Exterior cleaning in Canal Place and Intracoastal at Geist
Cove lots, wooded ravines and docks on the Fishers side of the reservoir.
Canal Place, Intracoastal at Geist and Valleys at Geist sit on the Fishers side of the reservoir in ZIP 46040. Homes listed in these neighborhoods mostly date from the early 2000s. Some lots back onto deep-water coves with private docks, some have deeded docks, and others look out over wooded ravines. Intracoastal sits next to Geist Park.
Water and woods on the same lot make for a damp yard. Siding on the cove side and the ravine side tends to grow green first, and walks and patios that stay shaded grow algae and get slick. Listings here describe brick, some with cement siding, and both clean at low pressure.
What Canal Place and Intracoastal at Geist homes usually need
- The side of the house facing the cove or the ravine usually needs the most attention.
- Concrete patios and walks down toward the water can be cleaned on the same visit as the house.
- Homes backing onto woods fill gutters faster than the open lots in newer Fishers subdivisions.

Can you clean the concrete steps and patio down by our dock?
Yes, if they are concrete. Mention them on the quote form and we will look at them when we come out.
Does the cleaning solution run into the cove?
We keep the solution on the house and soak the plants and ground with plain water before and after, so what runs off is mostly rinse water. If you have a shoreline planting you want covered, tell us and we will cover it.
How much does house washing cost in Canal Place?
Most one-story homes run $300 to $400 and most two-story homes $400 to $600. It depends on the size of the house, how many stories it has and how much green is on it. We look at it and give you a price in person.
Do you clean homes in Valleys at Geist too?
Yes. Valleys at Geist, Canal Place, Intracoastal at Geist and the other neighborhoods on the Fishers side of the reservoir are all in our area.
